Spread knowledge about math and science and be an enlightening presence on the Bethany College Campus and surrounding community. It gives students a chance at volunteer projects, hearing from guest speakers and upper classmen about their career paths, and it also gets students to interact not only with the campus, but with the community as well. Newtonians society can be a great resume builder, and helpful especially for the math and science majors, but for all majors too.

The purpose of this organization shall be to encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in the scholarship of the members so that they may aim to benefit society, partly through understanding mental health and mental illness. Also, to maintain Bethany College's core values: Integrity, Hospitality, Community, Servant Leadership, Sustainability, and Excellence.

Membership Benefits
As members of the Psychology Club, students can communicate about mental health issues and complete events and service projects highlighting these understandings. They are also given the chance to be a part of the board of the Psychology Club which will look good on their resume.
